i think far too many organizations heard about this term in a magazine and have succeeded in ruining their websites chasing SEO. so, although maybe your #2 instead of #4, when people go to your website -- it's barely English and looks awful. So, folks just leave and go somewhere else. a site is simply an extra salesman and should be treated that way. SEO is important, but it's one piece.
